SPGD is managed by the entrepreneur Gal Shpigel. SPGD was founded in 2006 and since then has created a unique direction in the field of boutique building in the center of Israel. SPGD employs approximately twenty people of various fields, including practical engineers, architects, work managers and professionals.

SPGD is aware of the fact that location is an important value to its clients. The company's projects are located on the best and greenest streets of the city, in socially established areas which are characterized by a qualitative population.
In terms of building and design SPGD aspires to connect with the existing urban kernel. The project was planned in such a way that would best exploit the locations of the apartments, with large entrances and huge balconies which enable a leisurely stream between interior and exterior. The rooms in the apartments are spacious and carefully designed up to the smallest details.
