The project of Sokolov by the Ocean is SPGD's flag project. The project consists of four luxurious duplexes on the fifth and sixth floors of a renovated residential building in the center of the city of Bat Yam. The project is characterized by a combination of factors which turn it into a green urban dream: a rare combination of an intimate and warm environment with a prestigious and indulging building, of quiet urbanism and proximity to the ocean.
The project is situated on a quiet street within 300 meters of Bat Yam's beautiful promenade. The renovated building includes merely 10 residents in every entrance and two apartments on every floor. The building includes a spacious lobby, an elevator and a parking space for each apartment. There is a supermarket, commercial bank, post office, a few synagogues and a green boulevard nearby.
The Penthouses:
On all four duplexes the first floor is the living area. The second floor includes the living room and huge balconies which face the ocean and the city. Part of them have three air directions. The project consists of two types of penthouses: two of them bigger than the other two.
